CoAgentorReferral Program
Earn free meeting credit hours by inviting others to CoAgentor. When someone signs up using your unique referral link, you receive credit hours added directly to your credit balance — the same pool used for meetings beyond your plan's included hours.
How it works
- Find your link — go to Settings → Usage and scroll to the Referral Program card. Your unique referral link is displayed there.
- Share it — copy the link and send it to colleagues, teammates, or anyone who'd benefit from AI meeting agents.
- Earn credits — when someone signs up through your link and verifies their email, you receive credit hours automatically.
Rewards

Rewards are additive. If someone signs up free through your link and later upgrades to a paid plan, you earn both rewards from that single referral. See the table above for current reward amounts.
Where credits appear
Referral credit hours are added to your credit balance, visible in the Credits section on the Usage page. They work exactly like purchased credits — when you use meeting hours beyond your plan's included allotment, credits are consumed automatically.
Referral credits also appear in your credit transaction history with the type "referral" so you can track them separately from purchased credits.
Your referral stats
The Referral Program card on your Usage page shows lifetime statistics including how many users you've referred, how many verified their email, how many upgraded to a paid plan, and the total credit hours you've earned.
Referral link format
Your referral link is your unique code appended to the CoAgentor home page:
https://coagentor.com?ref=YOUR_CODE
The code is generated automatically when your account is created. It's permanent and tied to your account — you don't need to do anything to activate it.
Rules
- Each user can only be referred once. If someone has already signed up, a referral link won't apply retroactively.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- Credit hours earned through referrals never expire and do not reset between billing periods.
- CoAgentor reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts. Any changes apply to future referrals only — credits already earned are not affected.
Tips for sharing
- Share your link in team Slack channels or group chats where colleagues discuss meeting productivity.
- Include it in your email signature if you regularly communicate with people who run a lot of meetings.
- Mention it when someone asks how you're using AI in your meetings.
