Additional credits & Pay As You Go
Additional credits let you keep your agents running after your plan's monthly hours run out — without needing to upgrade your plan. You buy a block of hours upfront, and they're drawn down automatically when your included hours are exhausted.

How additional credits work
Every paid plan includes a fixed number of meeting hours per month. When those hours run out, your agents stop — unless you have an additional credit balance.
Additional credits are consumed in this order:
- Plan included hours — your monthly allocation
- Bonus hours (if any) — used first
- Additional credits — drawn down automatically when both of the above are exhausted
There are no surprise charges. Additional credits are prepaid — you decide how much to load. If your balance reaches zero, agents stop until you top up.
Additional credit rates by plan
Your plan determines the per-hour rate when purchasing additional credits. Higher plans get a lower rate.
| Plan | Credit rate |
|---|---|
| Free | $2.95/hr |
| Solo | $2.45/hr |
| Pro | $2/hr |
The rate at the time of purchase is locked in — so if you top up while on Solo and later upgrade to Pro, the hours you bought are still calculated at the Solo rate. Future top-ups will use your current plan's rate.
Topping up
To add additional credits:
- Go to Billing →
- In the Additional Credits section, click Top up
- Choose a block size — $10, $25, or $50 — or enter a custom amount (minimum $10, maximum $500)
- The hours equivalent is shown before you pay
- Complete the payment — additional credits are added to your account within seconds
Additional credits never expire.

Auto-reload
Auto-reload automatically purchases an additioanl credit block when your balance drops below a threshold you set — so your agents never stop mid-meeting.
To enable auto-reload:
- Go to Billing →
- In the Additional Credits section, toggle Auto-reload on
- Set your reload threshold — reload when balance drops below 1h, 2h, or 5h
- Set your block size — $10, $25, or $50 per reload
- A saved payment method is required — add one via Update payment method if prompted
Auto-reload uses your saved default payment method. If the charge fails, auto-reload is automatically disabled and you'll receive a notification.

What happens when additional credits run out
If your plan hours and additional credit balance are both exhausted:
- On-demand meetings — the agent will not be able to join. You'll see an error prompting you to top up.
- Calendar auto-join meetings — the bot join will be blocked at the point the meeting is scheduled, not at meeting time. If your balance was positive when the meeting was assigned but runs out before the meeting starts, the bot will still attempt to join — it gates at dispatch time.
In both cases, top up additional credits or wait for your monthly hours to reset.
Free plan and additional credits
Free plan users can also purchase additional credits at the Free plan rate. Additional credits supplement your lifetime free hour allocation — once your free hours are used, purchased additional credits keep your agents running.
Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks a lower additional credit rate and gives you a monthly hours reset.
Checking your additional credit balance
Your additional credit balance is shown on the Billing page → in the Additional Credits section, and on the Usage page → in the usage card.
Balance is displayed in hours (e.g. ~10.5h) based on your current plan rate.
