Free plan#

The Free plan is designed for exploring CoAgentor. You get a limited lifetime pool of meeting hours — once used, they're gone.

Key free plan characteristics:

• Hours are a lifetime cap, not a monthly reset. When you use them, that's it until you upgrade.
• 1 calendar connection per integration type
• 1 Slack workspace, 1 Teams connection
• 3 context chunks retrieved per evaluation

Free plan is ideal for running your first few test meetings and validating that CoAgentor fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan.

Solo plan — $29/month

Best for individual contributors who use CoAgentor regularly — sales reps, account managers, support leads, coaches.

• 20 meeting hours per month — roughly 40–50 typical meetings depending on duration
• $2.45/hr credit rate — top up additional credits to keep agents running when monthly hours run out
• 2 calendar connections per type — personal and work calendar in the same account
• 2 Slack workspaces, 2 Teams connections
• 8 context chunks per evaluation

Annual plan: $299/year — saves ~$50 vs monthly.

Pro plan — $99/month

Best for power users, team leads, or anyone managing multiple agents across a high volume of meetings.

• 60 meeting hours per month — enough for daily high-volume meeting coverage
• $2/hr credit rate — the lowest credit rate across all plans
• Unlimited calendar, Slack, and Teams connections
• Unlimited trigger rules per agent
• 20 context chunks per evaluation

Annual plan: $999/year — saves ~$190 vs monthly.

Business+ plan — Coming Soon#

Designed for teams deploying CoAgentor across multiple members. Business+ is a true multi-seat tier — not just higher limits — and includes shared agent libraries, team-scoped data sources, admin controls, and centralised billing across seats.

This tier is in active planning. Pricing and availability will be announced when the architecture is ready.

Annual vs monthly billing#

All paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save approximately 15% compared to paying month-to-month.

Annual billing is charged upfront as a single payment at the start of each annual period.

Additional Credits#

When your plan's monthly hours run out, your agents stop — unless you have an additional credit balance. Additional credits are prepaid hour blocks you purchase at your plan's rate. They never expire and are drawn down automatically.

• No surprise charges — additional credits are prepaid, not billed in arrears
• Enable auto-reload to top up automatically when your balance runs low
• Higher plans get a lower additional credit rate

Changing plans#

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing →.

• Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.
