Account Settings
CoAgentor's settings let you configure your personal preferences — your display name, timezone, default agent, and dashboard theme.
Profile
Set your display name — this appears in the dashboard and in any exported reports or summaries.

Timezone
Your timezone setting controls how all meeting times and calendar events are displayed throughout the dashboard. Set this to your local timezone so upcoming meetings, event timestamps, and billing period dates all show correctly.

If your calendar events are showing at the wrong time, this is almost always the fix.
Default Agent
You can set a default agent — this agent will be pre-selected automatically when you start a new on-demand meeting. It saves a step in the launch flow if you have one agent you use most of the time.

Theme
CoAgentor supports three visual themes:

You can also choose a density preference:

Email and notifications
Your account email address is set at signup and is used for:
- Login (magic link or password)
- Post-meeting summary emails (if configured on an agent)
- Hours usage warning notifications
- Billing receipts and invoices
To change your email address, contact support — email changes require identity verification.
Account deletion
To delete your CoAgentor account, contact support. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All agents, meeting history, and uploaded files will be removed.
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
