Your profile settings control how CoAgentor looks and behaves for you. You can update your name, avatar, visual theme, layout density, timezone, and default agent at any time.
Display name and avatar
Your display name appears in your dashboard header and in any shared context (for example, if a teammate sees your referral link). To change it, go to Settings and update the Full name field.
Your avatar is pulled from the account you used to sign up (Google or email). To change it, update your avatar on the identity provider side — CoAgentor will pick up the change on your next sign-in.
Theme
CoAgentor supports three colour schemes:
- Light — default bright interface
- Dark — reduced-brightness interface for low-light environments
- High contrast — increased contrast ratios for improved readability and accessibility

To change your theme, open Settings and select your preferred option under Appearance. The change takes effect immediately.
Layout density
You can choose between two layout modes:
- Comfortable — more whitespace, larger hit targets (default)
- Compact — tighter spacing, more information visible on screen at once
This is particularly useful on smaller screens or if you prefer a denser dashboard layout.
Timezone
Your timezone is used to display meeting times, calendar auto-join scheduling, and usage period boundaries. CoAgentor detects your timezone automatically on sign-up, but you can override it manually in Settings if needed.
If your meetings appear at the wrong time in the dashboard, check this setting first.
Default agent
You can set a default agent that is automatically selected when you launch a new on-demand meeting. This saves a step if you use the same agent for most of your meetings.
To set it, go to Settings and choose an agent from the Default agent dropdown. You can always override the selection when launching a specific meeting.
If you haven't created any agents yet, this option won't appear. See Create Your First Agent to get started.
