Deleting Your Account & Data

CoAgentor takes your privacy seriously. You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and similar privacy regulations worldwide.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@coagentor.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your CoAgentor account. We will process your request within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

Account data: Your profile, settings, and preferences.

Agents: All agents you've created, including their configuration, persona prompts, voice settings, and trigger rules.

Meetings: All meeting records, transcripts, agent responses, and event logs.

Data sources: All uploaded files, connected data source records (Google Drive, GitHub, HubSpot, etc.), and all processed text chunks and embeddings used for context retrieval.

Integration connections: All OAuth tokens and connection records for Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and any other connected services. Tokens are immediately invalidated.

Contexts: All data contexts and scope configurations.

Billing records: Credit transactions and internal billing events.

Contact form submissions: Any messages you've sent via our contact form.

Files in storage: All files stored on our servers, including agent audio files and uploaded documents.

CRM contact record: Your record in our lifecycle email system is deleted, and you will no longer receive any emails from us.

Authentication record: Your login credentials are permanently removed. You will not be able to sign in again with this email address unless you create a new account.

What Is Preserved

Stripe payment records: Your Stripe customer record is retained for financial audit and tax compliance purposes, as required by law. Your active subscription is cancelled immediately, and no further charges will occur.

Referral records: If you participated in our referral program, your referral records are anonymised — your identity is removed, but the referral credit history is preserved to maintain accurate records for other users who referred you or whom you referred.

Anonymised analytics: Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics data (such as page views and event counts) may be retained as it contains no personally identifiable information.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days, well within the 30-day window required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods — consider cancelling your subscription first if you want to use the remainder of your billing period.
  • Raw meeting audio is never stored by CoAgentor as part of our privacy-by-design architecture. There is no audio to delete.
