Notion
Connecting a Notion workspace makes your pages and databases available to select when building agent contexts.
What access CoAgentor requests
CoAgentor requests read-only access to the pages and databases you explicitly share with the integration. It cannot create, edit, or delete any content in your workspace.
Because Notion's permission model is page-based rather than workspace-wide, you control exactly which content CoAgentor can see.
Connecting a workspace
- Go to Integrations → and click the Data Sources tab
- Under Notion, click Connect workspace
- You will be redirected to Notion's authorisation page — select the workspace and click Allow access
- After authorising, you are returned to the Integrations page with a confirmation that the workspace is connected

Granting access to specific pages
After connecting, Notion shows your integration in the workspace but does not automatically grant access to all content. You need to share individual pages or databases:
- In Notion, open the page or database you want CoAgentor to access
- Click the ··· menu (top right)
- Select Add connections → CoAgentor
Once shared, the page or database will appear in the content browser inside CoAgentor's context builder.
Connecting multiple workspaces
| Plan | Notion workspaces | |---|---| | Free | 1 | | Solo | 2 | | Pro | Unlimited |
Each connected workspace appears as a separate section in the context builder's content browser.
Disconnecting a workspace
- Go to Integrations → Data Sources →
- Click Disconnect next to the workspace
- Confirm the prompt
Disconnecting removes all synced content and embeddings from that workspace. Any contexts referencing that content will stop retrieving it. The context itself is not deleted.
Troubleshooting
"No pages or databases found" — You need to share the pages with the CoAgentor integration in Notion first. See granting access to specific pages above.
Workspace not listed after connecting — Ensure you completed the Notion authorisation flow and were redirected back to CoAgentor. If it still doesn't appear, disconnect and reconnect.
