Overview
The Confluence integration connects your Atlassian Confluence workspace to CoAgentor. Once connected, you can sync wiki pages from selected spaces and use them as context for your AI agents during meetings.
Your agent can reference Confluence documentation, runbooks, process guides, and knowledge base articles in real time — without you having to copy-paste anything.
Connecting Confluence
- Go to Integrations → Data Sources
- Find the Confluence card and click Connect Confluence
- You'll be redirected to Atlassian to sign in and authorize CoAgentor
- Grant access when prompted — CoAgentor requests read-only access to your Confluence content
- After authorization, you'll be redirected back to your dashboard
CoAgentor only requests read permissions. It cannot create, edit, or delete any content in your Confluence workspace.
Selecting Spaces
After connecting, you'll see a list of your Confluence spaces. Select the spaces you want to sync:
- Check the boxes next to the spaces you want
- Click Save selection
- Click Sync to start the initial sync
Only global spaces are shown. Personal spaces are not included.
How Syncing Works
CoAgentor syncs your selected Confluence pages every 6 hours automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time by clicking the Sync button.
During each sync:
- New pages in your selected spaces are downloaded and processed
- Updated pages (edited since the last sync) are re-processed
- Pages removed from Confluence are marked as unavailable
Pages are converted to plain text and processed through the same chunking and embedding pipeline as all other data sources. This means your agent can retrieve relevant sections during meetings — not just whole pages.
Plan Limits
The number of Confluence pages you can sync depends on your plan:
| Plan | Max Pages | |---|---| | Free | 25 | | Solo | 250 | | Pro | Unlimited |
The page limit applies across all selected spaces combined. If you're on the Free plan and select 3 spaces with 10 pages each, all 25 of your available pages will be used after the first sync.
Disconnecting
- Go to Integrations → Data Sources
- Find the Confluence card and click Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection
After disconnecting, your previously synced pages remain in your data sources but will no longer update. You can remove them manually from your contexts if needed.
Reconnecting
If your Confluence connection expires (Atlassian tokens are valid for 90 days), you'll see a Reconnect needed badge on the Confluence card. Click Reconnect to re-authorize — your space selections will be preserved.
Troubleshooting
"No Confluence site found" Your Atlassian account doesn't have access to a Confluence workspace. Make sure Confluence is enabled for your Atlassian organization.
"No spaces found" You may not have permission to view any spaces. Check your Confluence permissions with your workspace admin.
"Reconnect needed" Your access token has expired. This happens after 90 days of inactivity. Click Reconnect to re-authorize.
Sync shows 0 pages Make sure you've selected at least one space and clicked Save selection before syncing.
Pages aren't showing up in my agent's context After syncing, pages need to be processed (chunked and embedded). This usually takes a few minutes. Check back shortly. Also make sure you've added the Confluence data source to a context that's assigned to your agent.
