Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. Solo annual is $299/yr ($24.92/mo equivalent, saving $49 vs monthly). Pro annual is $999/yr ($83.25/mo equivalent, saving $189 vs monthly). Annual plans include all the same features as monthly plans at the same tier.

One meeting hour equals one agent joined to one meeting for one hour. A one-hour call with two agents uses two meeting hours from your usage.
