A talking AI agent for workplace mediation. It supports the mediator without taking a side, helps make sure both parties get a real turn rather than the louder one dominating, and writes down the agreement they reached at the end. It does not read emotions or judge fault. It keeps a hard conversation balanced and turns the resolution into something written, not remembered three ways by three people.
